📚 Hey, good morning! Time to win.

Here’s how you can do 3x LESS work and still achieve more than virtually everybody else.

I was copying out my notes for an upcoming book breakdown (An Iron Will, by Orison Swett Marden) that I’ll be releasing this week, and that quote made me instantly recall the potentially hundreds and hundreds of productive hours I’ve WASTED, thinking ABOUT what I had to, or ruminating over what I had just DONE…

Instead of doing it ONCE, doing it WELL, and moving on.

Sure, plan ahead.

Sure, look back and see what you could have done better.

But for the love of Henry Ward Beecher don’t take 3X as long as you have to.

Good effort today. Not everything went perfectly, and I could have accomplished more, but I don’t feel as though I wasted much time.

Looking forward to a tech call about setting up affiliate payments for my Skool community, so that’s something I’d like to get up and running. Once you get affiliates into the deal, shit gets crazy.

For instance, The Competitive Advantage community costs $75/month to join. Factor in, say, $25/month buying a book for all new members (something new I’m trying) and you’re left with $50 profit, more or less.

A good 50/50 affiliate split means $25/month from every new member that my affiliates send my way. I like simple math :)

But even with what, 100 new members referred to me? That’s $2,500/month in new PROFIT, and 100 amazing new members added to the community, who I can help grow their businesses and who will then tell OTHER PEOPLE about the community as well. Pretty sweet!

So yeah, that’s what I’m working on right now. On top of my updating my platform, reading, studying, etc.

But now, I’m going to bed!
