📚 Hey! Time to win.

If you follow some of the same accounts that I follow, you’ve probably already seen at least five different people tell you that “if you start now, you’ll be X-amount of days ahead of the people who start on January 1st.”

While that’s true, you don’t need to hear me echoing the same old platitudes. I’ve got something different I want to talk about today.

It starts with a question:

“Are you moving through life at 100%?”

I’m certainly not, and I’ve never met anyone who is. But I often wonder what that would look like. If that would even be possible:

100% energy.

100% love of life.

100% contribution.

100% focus.

100% self-discipline.

100% fitness.

100% commitment.

100% aliveness.

It’s most likely an impossible ideal, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop striving for it. What level are you at right now, do you think?

For myself, I’d honestly say that I’m at around 40%, and maybe that’s generous! It might even be underselling my own potential. I’m not sure.

Maybe I’m only at five percent. Maybe I’m capable of so much more. Maybe YOU are…

Today was wild - I got interviewed for a book! It won’t come out until next year, but the author wanted me to share a few thoughts about “influencers” (even though I don’t love that term) and how the social media/communication landscape is changing. So that was cool!

I’m still super behind on emails, still super behind on work, and still super behind on reading haha but that’s what Fridays and the weekend are for! This work sprint is finished in a little over 30 days, and then I’ll be resting for a bit with my family and friends.

But hey, it’s 5:53AM here right now and I’m going to bed!
