📚 Hey, good morning! Time to win.

I am absolutely and totally obsessed with making sure my friends are winning.

(That also includes every single reader of this newsletter, by the way)

Yes, I spend a great deal of time strategizing with regard to my own success and how I can achieve my goals, but I also spend an unreasonable amount of time working to make OTHER people successful.

Part of this has to do with my consulting career, of course. My clients winning makes ME look good, and makes more people want to work with me. That much is obvious.

But it goes deeper than that.

It even extends to the people not paying my rent or my making my car payments.

EVERYONE WHO ASSOCIATES WITH ME NEEDS TO BE WINNING.

I make DAMN sure of that.

The people who follow me. The people I do business with. The people who hire me. My other creator friends who are doing their own thing. People who work for me…

I make sure they ALL win, and I LOVE to see them win.

It’s confirmation that I’m doing a good job myself. That I’m being a good leader.

So I ask you.

Not in a judgmental way or anything, but honestly:

How many people around you are winning?

Are they winning BECAUSE of you?

How do YOU make THEIR success even more inevitable?

How many people are going to look back over their successful careers and happy lives and reflect that YOU helped them win?

The more people who are winning because of you, the more successful you are.

As always, at the bottom of this email I’ll lay out everything I did today to move closer to my Ultimate Vision. This is to keep me accountable and to show you that I’m working as hard as I’m encouraging you to work…

Worked on New Coaching VSL

Alright, so today was good! I have my energy back, I’m aggressively surging forward when it comes to scaling my coaching practice, growing my YouTube, increasing my author marketing revenue, etc. etc. Things are looking good!

I’m still not at PEAK productivity, and I definitely have some improvements to make in that regard, but I feel confident that I’m headed in a good direction and hit all my goals for this year.

The focus is still on creating a perfect environment all the time, free of distractions and timewasters, where I can just plow through my task list every single fucking day and just RELENTLESSLY move my personal agenda forward.

I’m going to look back on 2024 as the year where I changed EVERYTHING.

But now I’m headed to bed!

So until next time…happy reading!

All the best,

Matt Karamazov
