Build a Brand NOW or Live Forever in Obscurity

đź“š Hey, good morning! Time to win.

Anybody who doesn't have an established, respected (and respectable), and visible personal brand by 2030 is going to be virtually irrelevant.

That may be what you want. Maybe not.

Some people do just want a quiet life, spent creating wonderful memories with their families and close friends.

I'll never speak ill of that life at all.

But if you desire MORE than that, or something different than that, you'd better start building, and you'd better get started NOW.

The doors are closing.

Everybody’s becoming a creator now, and the “attention economy” is growing FAST.

But that doesn’t mean that you have any time to wait. We’re living through the Internet Gold Rush right now, where creators are earning hundreds of thousands of dollars a year - working basically by themselves or with a small team - cashing in on their unique value, their interests, and their expertise.

Obviously, I’m not quite at that level yet.

I do have more than 130,000 followers across all platforms, but I am FAIRLY far away from my first $25k month.

It’ll happen, but it’s not going to be this month, next month, or the month after that.

When will YOU hit $25k/month, if that is indeed your goal?

What needs to happen TODAY for that to become a reality for you?

Look, I’ll never try to make people believe that “everyone’s getting rich on the internet” or “it’s so easy” and all that shit.

None of that’s true.

It’s HARD to build a meaningful, sustainable, PROFITABLE brand online, and I’ve been working hard at it for a few years now. I’m still not exactly where I want to be.

I mean, I’m already a full-time creator with no other job besides publishing stuff on the internet, so I’d call that a win.

But none of this happens overnight (at least not sustainably), and if that’s YOUR goal, well, then you’d better get started.

YESTERDAY.

As always, at the bottom of this email I’ll lay out everything I did today to move closer to my Ultimate Vision. This is to keep me accountable and to show you that I’m working as hard as I’m encouraging you to work…

Woke Up: 12:00PM

Sleep Quality: 72%

Pages Read: 106

Workout: Chest + Triceps

DB Press - 70lbs, 70lbs, 70lbs, 65lbs (8 reps, last set to failure)

BB Bench - 165lbs, 155lbs, 155lbs, 155lbs (8 reps, last set to failure)

DB Incline - 50lbs, 50lbs, 50lbs, 45lbs (8 reps, last set to failure)

Assisted Dips - 25lbs, 40lbs, 40lbs, 55lbs (12 reps, last set to failure)

Tricep Pushdowns - 48lbs, 48lbs, 43lbs, 43lbs (12 reps, last set to failure)

Felt really strong today. In control. Great workout. I added 2 reps to each set of bench press - not sure why I had it capped at 6 for the longest time. I basically do rep ranges in the 8-12 area for everything else, so why not bench? Anyway, this is my last week before I take 2 weeks (almost) completely off before I start my next round of improvements.

Okay, so that was a pretty productive day! Oh man, I’d like to keep this up! Maybe even push the limits of my productivity a bit. I feel like I can do it, with some performance improvements and few optimizations here and there.

And yes, I do sometimes go out and enjoy myself haha.

Oh yeah, I mentioned the podcast interview with Joshua Lisec yesterday, but there was a scheduling mix-up and so he asked if I could do Friday instead. So I’ll keep you updated on that, I’ve got my Eric Jorgenson interview coming soon, and a new YouTube video tomorrow as well.

Bunch of stuff coming. But yeah, that means I’d better get some sleep!

All the best,

Matt Karamazov
