📚 Hey! Time to win.

Short email this morning, because I have to get to bed if I want to keep riding this momentum.

As you may have seen/heard, clocks went back yesterday, and many of us (me) got an extra hour of sleep.

I actually got TWO extra hours because I ended up sleeping in a bit. Guess I needed it!

Anyway, the point is that the amount of ENERGY I had today was UNREAL.

What’s more, I didn’t WASTE any of it by following the election or any of the associated craziness. I heard some squirrel got executed or something…something about a garbage man and a McDonald’s employee?

Anyway, I missed all of it because I was too busy putting all this extra energy into my goals and dreams - my OBJECTIVES.

Far be it from me to tell you what to do. In these emails, my only aim is to help, not to lecture. But most of us are not giving ourselves the sleep we require, and this WILL affect us if we don’t take a stand.

Or well, at least lie down for it (ha).
