I cut my workout short a little bit again today, but not due to laziness. It was 4AM by the time I left the gym, and it would have been stupid to stay there any later. Needed to get home and get to bed at a decent time - and yes, I know 4AM isn’t a “decent time” haha.

Oh man, I’m exhausted. I did it again and stayed up way too late. What I might do tomorrow is take a step back and make SURE that I get to sleep at a decent time, say, around 2AM or so.

That way I’ll still have quite a few productive hours tomorrow, but I won’t stay stuck in this cycle of staying up until 5AM and then waking up in the afternoon.

I’m definitely taking a hit to my productivity when I do that, and I CANNOT afford to be doing that right now. Not when I’m so close to making a major breakthrough in my business.

Case in point, it’s now 5:10AM here and I’m going to bed!
