📚 Hey, good morning! Time to win.
I recently published my top 11 takeaways from Make More Money, by Brian Tracy, and this is one of them that stood out:
“Here’s the real truth: everybody works on straight commission. Everybody gets a part of the value that they create. If you create more value, you earn more money. Either your current boss or some other boss will eagerly pay you a percentage of the additional value you are creating.”
Simply put, the greater your contribution, the greater your reward.
And if, for whatever reason, you’re delivering results for a boss or leader that doesn’t respect you or recognize you?
Leave!
The world is too rich in opportunities to not get what you deserve.

Very, VERY good day, full of opportunities and cool things happening, but I am EXHAUSTED right now. Which is kind of the “theme” of this entire month. Which is not me bragging haha. Not at all!
Working yourself to death is no way to live. This is just the “season” of life that I’m in, where there are opportunities everywhere, I’m young and ambitious enough to pursue them, and I love the feeling of being spent at the end of an exciting day.
This won’t last forever, but I’m going to enjoy it while it’s here.
But hey, it’s now 4:51AM here and I’m going to bed!
