I’m going to answer the question I posed to you in this email, and say that now is the time I’m going to get serious about sleeping. It’s been one of THE major things holding me back this past year, and enough is enough.
It’s actually getting to be embarrassing at this point, and I’d be letting myself down AND my private coaching clients down if I let this continue. The good news is that it’s one of the ONLY things holding me back.
