DB Rows - 55lbs, 55lbs, 55lbs (8 reps)

DB Curls - 35lbs, 30lbs, 30lbs (8 reps)

Just a quick workout today, still taking it kinda easy. My left bicep isn’t healing as well as I had hoped, so not sure what I’m going to do there. Probably de-prioritize my bicep training for a bit, and only hit it on secondary lifts.

Today was great, and I’m BUZZING with new ideas for growing my business and scaling up my operations, but it’s going to be such a time commitment!

I’m already dealing with a bit of overwhelm here, and so May is going to be VERY difficult in a few ways.

I know I’m being vague here (for now) but a VERY stressful situation in my life is in the process of clearing up - and with a terrific outcome - so I’m definitely pleased about that. I’ll probably mention more about that later.

But now, I’m going to bed!
