đź“š Hey, good morning! Time to win.
I’m really a very boring guy once you get to know me.
Same clothes, same meals, same workflows and systems…
I run it over and over and over again, day after day, consistently, and then every few months I end up with a few more pounds of muscle, a few thousand more followers, a few extra dollars in my bank account, a little more peace.
It’s ALL systems. And consistently APPLYING those systems so that you get what you want out of this life.
It’s also very boring, which is why I’ve been wearing the same sweater this whole week (my other one is in the wash), and why I know EXACTLY what I’m going to be doing tomorrow.
I plan ahead…I make all the decisions about tomorrow, TODAY, so I don’t have to think about them in the moment, wasting precious brain power doing so.
Now, obviously, I do break routine every so often, I love going on wild vacations (I am the man who got kicked out of India, remember - long story), but I usually keep it pretty consistent.
And laying out my daily schedule the night before is how I do that.
You don’t have to get this perfect all at once, and you probably won’t. Mine is constantly evolving, as I’m experimenting with how I get the most done, the highest quality work accomplished, etc.
I’m testing different things. Trying things. Experimenting. It’s all part of the process.
But tomorrow I’ve got it basically all planned out:
I’ll wake up and read for a few hours, prepare (more) for my podcast interview with Joshua Lisec, record a few videos afterwards since I’ll be in my studio anyway, then read for a bit more, bang out a few articles and posts, read more (you’re noticing a theme haha), and then head to the gym.
That’s what I’m doing tomorrow. Automatically.
There’s so much more that I’ll be sharing and teaching regarding this over the next few months, and a lot of it will happen inside my private community.
You’re welcome to join now, but in a few months?
In a few months it will be THE place to be for people who are committed to killing it in business and growing their personal brand online.
I’ve got it all planned out :)
As always, at the bottom of this email I’ll lay out everything I did today to move closer to my Ultimate Vision. This is to keep me accountable and to show you that I’m working as hard as I’m encouraging you to work…

I feel a bit silly: I made this big, righteous pronouncement today on X about how I was going to the gym when I didn’t feel like it (“because it was in my plan and I always follow the plan” or something like that…I get to the gym and it’s closed. Good Friday probably. Anyway, not a huge deal. I’m actually taking two weeks off from most weight training to let my body and mind from what I’ve been putting them through over the last 3 months, so what I’ll do is just push my shoulder workout to tomorrow, and my arm workout to Saturday, and THEN take my two weeks off (13 days).

Contacted Some Authors About Book Marketing
Prepared for Podcast Interview Tomorrow
Pretty good day of reading and working (as per the usual!). I feel a BIT less behind than I felt earlier in the week, but I’m still catching up on a LOT. I fully expect to get a few follow-up emails from different people and I won’t blame them one bit. I’ve been slow to respond this week.
Getting the author book promotion sales page done was a BIG win and now I can get on with contacting even more authors about promoting their books. Next up is my sales page for The Competitive Advantage community, then my coaching page is due for an upgrade, etc. Still plenty left to do.
But yeah, I feel good, I WILL get caught up eventually, and having SYSTEMS in place is turning out to be a really good idea!
And now I’m headed to bed, which ALSO seems like a good idea right now.
Until next time…happy reading!
All the best,
Matt Karamazov
