📚 Hey, good morning! Time to win.

I finished one more book that didn’t make it into my latest YouTube video tonight, and that is Exactly What to Say, by Phil M. Jones.

You can rip through this one in an afternoon, but it’ll serve you well every single day of your life.

At only 79 pages or so, it’s super short, but Phil showcases a variety of "Magic Words” you can drop in conversations to ensure that you’ve given yourself every advantage when it comes to getting what you want.

It’s a useful book for a variety of reasons and situations, and it’s not nearly as manipulative as I’m maybe making it sound. Worth reading for sure.

But my goal of reading 200 books this year is…not going so well.

I mean, Exactly What to Say was my 46th book of 2024, so I’m not exactly “slacking,” but it’s a fair distance from 200.

Luckily, it’s not a race, and “number of books read” is just a vanity metric.

In the video, I review some of my latest reads, tell you about the four other books I just bought, and offer some additional recommendations at the end.

Week Two is over, moving into Week Three, and I’ve made some EXCELLENT progress, even if that progress is slow in some areas like updating various backend parts of my business.

Thinking here of my website, affiliate program, referral program, etc. Medium is also falling off a bit, despite me talking a big game about getting that revenue stream up to $1,000 this month. Not impossible, but I’m further behind than I need to be, and I AT LEAST need to get quite a bit closer than I am now.

But hey, it’s 5:24AM here right now and I’m going to bed!
