đź“š Hey, good morning! Time to win.
I’m fired up right now.
Today, I had 2 video calls with 2 different business owners each doing at least $30k/month in revenue, and they roasted my business personally.
It was in the spirit of making me more money, but it was firm, authoritative advice that they gave:
I need to start playing bigger.
There’s probably too much to break down in just this one email, but in the first call (with a business owner who has built $10M in education programs), the guy could barely hold back his surprise and annoyance with how little money I was making.
He almost couldn’t believe it.
“You’re sitting on a goldmine.”
That’s what he told me.
Then he proceeded to lay out an action plan for me to develop my new Skool community into something world-class and extremely valuable for my members.
I can get into the specifics in some later emails, but he basically told me that there are people who would pay thousands and thousands of dollars for the Instagram following that I have, and yeah, like I said…
He couldn’t believe how little money I was making with it!
These are the things you need to hear sometimes. And I mean, he wanted me to succeed. The whole purpose of the call was to help me, and he definitely did.
It just wasn’t exactly what I may have wanted to hear.
So I’ll be implementing his advice and growing the community into something epic and extremely valuable. Because he and I are philosophically aligned on the following point:
Product is EVERYTHING.
And if you put out a shitty product that doesn’t HELP people in a BIG way…
And if you don’t do everything in your power to improve your product/offering/community into something that’s WORLD-CLASS…
You’re basically a scammer.
He and I definitely agree there.
See, all these people out there want to “make money online,” but then they forget the essential part:
Actually creating something VALUABLE that people WANT, and constantly improving it and making it better.
Going above and beyond for your students and customers to make sure that their experience is everything they expected and more.
It was literally a life-changing call and there’s so much more we talked about that I don’t have time/space to go into here. More about this, and my second call today in future emails.
He also told me to 15X the price, which I’ll be doing on March 1st.
Even though it will be a leap of faith for me to do that. The pressure is on me now to step up and make the community worth that higher price.

You’ll notice this is probably the least amount of productive work I’ve done since starting these daily accountability emails. And you know what?
I’m perfectly okay with that.
I had a great sleep, read some great books today, took it easy, had some transformative, life-changing Zoom calls, watched a movie with my mom, and just generally prepared for the week ahead.
As much as I emphasize hard work and relentless drive, I do also believe in rest, relaxation, and recuperation. Absolutely essential.
But this week is going to be GREAT, I’m going to work EXTREMELY hard these next 5-6 days, and after today, I know EXACTLY what I need to work on to make some big moves forward in my business.
