🚨 Automate Podcast Guest Bookings for Your Clients With PodPitch

Stop wasting time checking Muck Rack or Cision for broken podcast email addresses. Podcast Index and Rephonic don't help you determine the best ones for your client. Booking dozens of incredible podcasts quickly has been impossible to all but the most famous clients until now.

PodPitch.com is the NEW software that books your clients as a guest (over and over!) on the exact kind of podcasts they want to appear on – automatically.

⚡ Drop your client's LinkedIn URL into PodPitch.
🤖 Scan 4 Million Podcasts: PodPitch.com's engine crawls every active show to surface their perfect podcast matches in seconds.
🔄 Listens to them For You: PodPitch literally listens to podcasts for you to think about how to best get the host's attention for your clients.
📈 Writes Emails, Sends, And Follows Up Until Booked: PodPitch.com writes hyper-personalized pitches, sends them from your email address, and will keep following up until they're booked.

Below are a few screenshots from my YouTube analytics (I use VidIQ).

They're not from my channel, obviously, but VidIQ shows certain stats on every video on the platform. Here we've got one from Chris Williamson and another from this brilliant woman named Nischa, and...yeah. Insane.

They're testing EVERYTHING.

As you can see, Nischa has a ton of thumbnail changes right in the first few days after publishing her video, with her cycling through changes to the text, her expression, different designs elements, etc.

And then Chris Williamson...man. The sheer NUMBER of title changes and tests that he and his team run/are running is just...Well it's just insane, there's no other word for it:

Now...do YOU have to go to such extreme lengths in YOUR content?

No, I wouldn't say so. And honestly, if you're getting just a few hundred views right now, the gains from running all these different split tests will be negligible.

Moving from 300 views to 650 views or something HELPS, for sure. But it makes even more of a difference for them, when improving their titles and/or thumbnails can mean a difference of hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of views.

A couple other things:

1) Don't try and test several different variables at once, because you'll confound your results. If you change the title and the thumbnail at once, even if your views do go up substantially, you won't know which change was responsible. So test things one at a time.

2) Go ahead and do all this optimization if you want! I'm not suggesting that you DON'T do it, just that there may be better uses of your time. However, if you do have the time to create and test 3, 4, or 5+ different thumbnail variations, for example, then you're getting excellent practice, and you're going to see your skills improve exponentially.

And small channels can blow up, so it's worth paying a substantial amount of attention to your packaging no matter what your channel size! And this goes for ALL platforms!

The last few weeks I’ve been posting invites to join our live calls (where I was presenting on strategies for achieving expert status), but now I’ll be going back to giving play-by-play updates on the growth of my business and personal brand.

Today was…half-decent! Only half, though. I’m really going to have to step it up if I want to hit all my content/business/fitness AND reading goals for the next few months.

Yes, I’m already thinking way ahead! I’m planning moves for April, and I’ll let everyone know exactly what those moves are pretty soon. If I were to drop a hint, I’d say it involves something that moves very fast.

But that’s all I’m going to say! I’m also going to step up the frequency of this newsletter a bit (3-5x per week, instead of just 1 or 2), but right now I’m going to read for a bit and go to bed! Big day tomorrow.

And always remember: even if no one else believes in you…I do.

All the best,

Matt Karamazov
