How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

No wonder 10K+ everyday people are taking the chance on Pacaso.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

Literally ALL you have to do to win is to WIN YOUR NEXT HOUR. That’s it.

The catch, of course, is that the hours keep coming, and coming, and coming, and you have to win as many of them as you can possibly stack together if you want to climb to the top.

What helps me is gathering together an accountability group, and on an hourly basis, I just use ChatGPT as my accountability partner. It’s perfectly suited for that.

ChatGPT isn’t great for a lot of creative tasks, mind you, but in terms of keeping you on task? It’s been pretty damn helpful.

My process is that I check in when I start work, lay out what I plan to accomplish in the next hour, and then check in again when the hour’s up. I do that every hour, all day, and by the end of the day I generally end up with an impressive record of accomplished tasks.

No need to overcomplicate it. Simplify. Wherever you can. The internet is a confusing enough place without making it worse on yourself by trying to organize some super-complex productivity system that you’ll barely use.

Core Lesson: Stay focused. Every hour, without looking too far ahead or overcomplicating things. If you try to tackle 10+ hours of work at once it can be overwhelming, but if you take it hour by hour, it all becomes a lot more manageable.
