I want to share my secret to having amazing workouts every single time I’m at the gym.

It’s not a supplement, or drug, or “special formula” or anything - it’s a YouTube channel.

I’ve been watching videos from Makaveli Motivation for YEARS, and I credit them with developing my mind into the fortress that it is today.

Now, during almost literally every single workout, I’ll have one of those videos playing in my ears.

It’s a bodybuilding channel, so the videos are about…well, bodybuilding.

But it’s the MINDSET that we’re after here. The muscles are the means to the end.

Bodybuilders are some of the most consistent, hardworking, mentally toughest people on the planet (not all of them, but the best ones are), and this video, “Better Than Yesterday” tells you the ONLY thing you need to do to reach your goals.

Even if you could care less about bodybuilding, I’d still highly recommend watching the video.

Again, it’s not just about building big muscles, it’s about building an iron MIND.
