📚 Hey, good morning! Time to win.
I don’t understand people who get tired and run down.
Sure, I get fatigued (especially when my sleep isn’t on point), but I literally never feel LETHARGIC - as though the grayscale world outside is empty and devoid of meaning and purpose.
There is ALWAYS a reason for me to have energy, and especially when I’m driving towards my goals. I may run out of time, but I NEVER run out of energy - not until the very last moments before my head hits the pillow.
I got that idea from reading Wayne Dyer’s books years ago, and that always stayed with me. How he just doesn’t allow himself to get tired unless his eyes are closed and he’s ready to go to bed.
I’m not sure if you buy that or not.
I’m not sure if I do either.
I mean, he must have gotten sleepy sometime.
But I don’t think he ever ran out of energy for pursuing his goals and dreams, and if you’ve got a VISION in front of you worth working for, and you REMIND yourself why you’re pushing so hard, you won’t get tired either.
Your vision is a power generator, and it’s always on.
As always, at the bottom of this email I’ll lay out everything I did today to move closer to my Ultimate Vision. This is to keep me accountable and to show you that I’m working as hard as I’m encouraging you to work…

I switched up my routine a little bit because of my left bicep. I think I made the right choice too. Added a back exercise and a forearm exercise, and removed the two bicep exercises. May have been overdoing it on the bicep work and UNDER-doing it with back. It’s smart to always keep making adjustments and track what’s working.

Organized My Reading List for the Year
Caught Up on Some Emails (Still LOTS to Answer Though)
Prepared My Calendar and Workflow for Tomorrow
Pretty good day, despite not waking up until the afternoon!
In one sense, I hate doing that, because it feels as though I’m always playing catch up and never get as much done as I had hoped, but at the same it feels pretty sweet to be your own boss and be able to sleep in until whenever, answerable to nobody! I’ve been a full-time creator for about 6 months now and it never gets old!
Tomorrow is going to be JAMMED with work though. I’ve got videos to record and edit, newsletters to publish, a new book breakdown to get started on, landing pages to update, emails to answer, books to mail, etc. etc.
With that said, I’m going to sleep now!
Until next time…happy reading!
All the best,
Matt Karamazov
